About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's (FDLE) Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) 2502 for Textbook Publishing and Textbook Printing, Binding, and Distribution Services. The ITN aims to enhance the timeliness and quality of the three Florida Basic Recruit Training textbooks provided by the CJSTC staff. The FDLE is seeking qualified respondents with proven experience in providing these services. The ITN contemplates awarding to a single respondent, multiple respondents, or no respondent(s) for all or either service category. A subsequent purchase order may be issued by Other Eligible Users (OEUs) for the services a respondent is selected to perform. The reply opening date is August 22, 2024, and negotiations are scheduled for September 9-11, 2024.
The ITN provides historical data on the number of textbook copies printed for the Law Enforcement Academy, Corrections, and High Liability courses over the past three years. Respondents are required to provide pricing based on the estimated page sizes outlined in the ITN. The ITN also allows for the use of subcontractors. Respondents must acknowledge this Addendum as part of their reply response.
