About this file
This is Amendment 1 to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Food and Drug Administration for a Commercial Off-the-Shelf Task Management Tool (FDA-RFI-2026-032726), dated March 26, 2026.
Amendment 1 extends the RFI response due date to Friday, April 3, 2026, and corrects the solicitation title by removing "V2" from the original designation. The amendment addresses vendor questions regarding pricing requirements in the Cost Estimate-HHS tab of the FDA Task Management Vendor Response Template. The FDA clarifies that vendors must propose a tiered pricing structure demonstrating scalability for agencies comparable to the Department of Health and Human Services. Specifically, vendors must provide at least three user volume tiers (such as small, medium, and large) with clear definitions for each tier, document assumptions for each tier including number of users and user types, and provide pricing for each tier that clearly demonstrates how costs scale across the different user volume levels.

FDA-RFI- 2026-032726
Amendment 1
03/26/2026
Amendment 1
The purposes of Amendment 1 are the followings:
1) RFI response due date is now extended until Friday, 04/03/2026.
2) Correcting the title to Request for Information (RFI): Commercial Off-the-Shelf Task
Management Tool (removing V2)
3) To provide answer to the below question
Question 1: In the FDA+Task+Management++Vendor+Response+Templatev2 attachment, the Cost Estimate-FDA tab has various user volumes you are asking us to provide costs for. On the Cost Estimate-HHS tab there are no user volumes. Can the government provide the user volumes we should use for the HHS estimate tab?
Answer 1: Vendors propose tiered pricing structure that demonstrates scalability for agency like HHS. Provide the following:
• At least three user volume tiers (e.g., small, medium, large) – provide the definition of each tier.
• Clear documentation of your assumptions for each tier (number of users, user types, etc.)
• Pricing for each tier that shows how costs scale
