1.8 Findings & Recommendations
1.9 Reviewer Requests
During the month, the EDR responded to 30 Reviewer Requests. Of those:
Type of Request Number of Requests
Research 20 Expedite 4 Modification 3 Assignment 2 EDR Access 1
1.10 ASR Clean-Up Requests
The majority of “Clean-Up Requests” are due to gateway submissions that were successfully processed by ASR and an E record created in DARRTS.
If the replacement record is an N (new) or WD (withdraw) record, the Document Room does not have the rights to create these record types. A new record request is sent to DQMT, a new record is created in DARRTS, and then an email is forwarded to EDR to move the contents of the E record to the new record. EDR then forwards a message back to DQMT and OIT to remove the E record from DARRTS and EDR. This is entirely a manual email driven process.
Another type of “Clean-Up Request” occurs when submissions are rejected.
• 12 Clean-up requests were processed
