About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a 60-month lease of a compact robotic prescription dispensing system for the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Leavenworth. The requirement consists of a base year and four optional years of performance, structured as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) where individual task orders will constitute the actual contractual instrument.

The contractor must provide and maintain one CRS 150 Compact Robotic Prescription Dispensing System with associated components including an SP Central Platform (1 server, 1 datapoint), pharmacy printer, three smart card scanners, standard interface, and host-based system security. The system must be fully automated, integrated with the Bureau Electronic Medical Record (BEMR), approved by the BOPNet Authorized Items List, and fit within maximum dimensions of 50.38 inches width by 20 inches depth by 76.5 inches height. All software, firmware, licenses, interfaces, cabling, and ancillary components necessary for complete operation must be included. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, delivery, installation, configuration, implementation, testing, maintenance, repair, replacement parts, and technical support throughout the contract period. Training must cover basic operations, startup/shutdown, user access, troubleshooting, and service reporting. Maintenance and repair services must include installation support, IT and operational troubleshooting, service orders, and preventive maintenance with technician dispatch within one business day; if the system is not repaired within fourteen calendar days, a permanent replacement system with equal or superior capabilities must be provided. Work is performed during regular administrative hours (7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday), with exceptions for Federal holidays and emergency repairs. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government based on two evaluation factors: total price (base year plus all option years) and past performance on similar requirements. Pricing shall be quoted as a firm-fixed monthly lease price for each contract year, structured across five CLINs with 12-month periods. The Government intends to make award without discussions if appropriate, requiring offerors to submit their best terms in initial quotations. Contractor personnel must comply with all institutional access, escort, screening, and security procedures and may be subject to NCIC checks or other investigative requirements before facility access.
