Contract Data Requirements List Summary
This document is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List, prepared for contract FA9453-27-X-XXXX under the SETS BAA Call 04 program. The form specifies two data items required from the contractor: (1) Scientific and Technical Reports (Data Item A001) as a final report submitted one time, and (2) Monthly Status Reports (Data Item A002) submitted monthly beginning 40 days after contract start and continuing 10 days after each reporting period end. Both data items are marked with Distribution Statement D, restricting distribution to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only, and include export control warnings referencing the Arms Export Control Act and Export Control Reform Act of 2018.
For the Scientific and Technical Report, the contractor must deliver two editable electronic copies—one in PDF format and one in the current version of Microsoft Word—prepared in accordance with ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18 or current AFRL ANSI report preparation guidance, with completed SF 298 forms. The report will be published by DTIC through the AFRL STINFO office, and the contractor must submit a DD Form 250Z to WAWF only after program office acceptance notification. For Monthly Status Reports, the contractor shall report all activities at the Work Breakdown Structure level identified by the Government Program Manager, with format approval required on initial submission and delivery method to be agreed upon between contractor and government. The Air Force Requiring Office is AFRL/RJBX, and the contracting officer must distribute both reports to AFRL/RJBX and ACO. The form was prepared by Daniel C. Fang on 26 June 2026.
