About this file
This is a Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423-1) specifying two data items required under AFRL contract FA9453-27-X-XXXX for the SETS BAA Call 04 program. The contract is issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RJBX) with a prepared date of 26 June 2026.
Data Item A001 requires a Scientific and Technical Report (Final Report) prepared in accordance with ANSI/NISO Standard Z39.18 or current AFRL guidance. The contractor must deliver two editable electronic copies—one as an editable PDF and one in the most current version of Microsoft Word—via encrypted email or secure file transfer at https://safe.apps.mil/. The report shall include a completed SF 298 form with specified blocks completed. Distribution is limited to AFRL/RJBX (2 draft copies, 1 final copy) and includes letter of transmittal copies to AFRL/RJKB and the Administrative Contracting Officer. Upon program office acceptance notification, the contractor must submit a DD Form 250Z Receiving Report in WAWF, coded with shipment number "Z." The report will be published by DTIC through the AFRL STINFO office; contractors must not submit directly to DTIC. All technical data must be marked with Distribution Statement D (DoD and U.S. DoD contractors only) and export control warnings per DoDI 5230.24.
Data Item A002 requires Quarterly Status Reports submitted 40 days after contract start and then 10 days after each quarterly reporting period ends. Final distribution is one copy to AFRL/RJBX, with letter of transmittal copies to AFRL/RJKB and the ACO. The contractor must report all activities at the work breakdown structure level identified by the Government Program Manager. Contractor format requires government approval on initial submission, with an agreed-upon format/platform (CD-ROM or Air Force-approved file transfer system) to be defined at contract start. Reports must also be marked with Distribution Statement D and export control warnings per DoDI 5230.24, with the distribution statement added to every page.
