About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a Kitchenette Remodel federal contract opportunity.
The document addresses three key inquiries from potential contractors. Regarding cybersecurity requirements, the contract mandates CMMC Level 1 certification, which became mandatory on November 10, 2025 for all contracts involving FCI, CUI, or Defense OIG data. However, contractors without CMMC Level 1 (Self) certification at proposal submission remain eligible for award, with the Government providing post-award assistance to meet this requirement. The Abatement has been completed prior to contract performance. Elevator access to the second floor will be available during contract performance, facilitating contractor access and material movement for the remodel work.
