About this file

This is a Consolidated Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation FA9401-26-Q-0043, issued by the 377th Contracting Division - Construction Branch, with Contracting Officer Joaquin Camacho.

The solicitation concerns Building 381 Wash Rack Utility Connection work. Two questions were submitted by offerors regarding project requirements. The first question addressed backflow-prevention device installation requirements, specifically requesting clarification on device type (RPZ or other approved assembly), whether existing devices could be utilized, and if testing or certification would be required. The Contracting Officer's response indicated that the wash rack has a built-in backflow-prevention device already installed at the connection inside the housing, eliminating the need for new installation. The second question requested as-built drawings or utility maps, to which the Contracting Officer responded that utility maps can be provided upon request. The document is signed digitally by Joaquin Camacho, dated 2019-02-10, and identifies him as the Contracting Officer for 377 MSG/PKC.
