PWS Corrections:
3.5 Monthly Status Report. The contractor shall provide monthly contract status reports, including: 1) work accomplished during the reporting period; 2) a description of how ongoing activity supports task requirements and overall contract objectives; 3) risks and concerns associated with current and future contract activities, and 4) status of the overall task. Describe schedule deviations, including the impact to deliverables and overall program objectives. The status report shall also identify funds and hours expended and remaining both numerically and graphically throughout the life of the contract. The status reports may be associated with the contractor’s invoice cycle. (CDRL A004)
4.1.6 Each calendar year write at least four MFOQA-derived case studies, detailing a hazard identified through MFOQA and / or ASAP, the associated flight data analysis, and the MAJCOM hazard analysis, mitigation decision, and validation of the solution. Write eight papers or articles per year (approximately 3000-6000500-1000 words), for MAJCOM and / or AFSEC safety publications. Topics include, but are not limited to: 1) description of MFOQA and / or ASAP analysis successes for a single MDS or group of MDSs; 2) the integration of MFOQA and / or ASAP analysis in an organization’s SMS process; and 3) the use of MFOQA analysis to quantify a hazard identified through ASAP reporting or vice versa.
