Base access is available same-day for subcontractor personnel with current passport and/or REAL ID, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration. The prior year's contract value and specific evaluation criteria are referenced in the SAM.gov solicitation description. Contractors must complete WAWF registration for invoicing purposes and submit quotes per SAM.gov instructions.
