1. We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract
OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
This is a brand-new requirement
2. Is there an engineering estimate for this project? Negative, vendor quotes attached to PZ package.
3. Where can we find the bid package? Where and how can we submit the bid package? How can we get the more details or get the full scope of the works?
Information about solicitation #FA930125Q0012 can be found on SAM.gov. There you can find the instructions on what to include on your bid, who and where to submit it to, and the Statement of Work outlining the scope of this requirement.
4. Is there a full plan and where can we find it?

There is a diagram of the area to be modified on the Statement of Work Attached as “Appendix 1” .
5. Will there be a formal site visit for this solicitation?
A site visit was held on 29 April 2025.
6. Provide pictures of interior. Pictures are provided attached to the SOW.
7. Provide location for nearest electrical panel and provide voltages and compacity.
Electrical is in the building’s mechanical room. 120V capacity.
8. Is there a suspended ceiling or hard lid in the scope? suspended ceiling
