About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) Amendment 1 dated 16 September 2025 for a multiple award (MA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The amendment addresses four key vendor inquiries, providing clarifications on the procurement process. Notably, certified cost and pricing data is no longer required, and the contract start date will be established after the MA IDIQ is awarded. The two initial delivery orders (01 and 02) will be identical, and each subsequent delivery order will be competed individually after the initial contract award.

Regarding proposal submission, the government cannot accept encrypted zip files via email. Vendors are advised to coordinate with the government point of contact for potential DoD SAFE drop-off options, while maintaining awareness of the Request for Quote (RFQ) due date. The amendment is signed by Robert T. Mosley, the Contracting Officer, and includes a digital signature with a date of 16 September 2025.
