The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Change Atch 5, Sec L., Inst to Offerors, Sec 2.4 Submission Process from the following as amended in P00003:

"Proposal packages shall be submitted in electronic format via DOD SAFE at https://safe.apps.mil/ to William K. Hunter and Shanda Peterson. If a DOD SAFE Request Code is needed, you must request a Request Code in DOD SAFE no later than 21 March 2022, 4 PM CDT. Proposals must be uploaded and received by Mr. Hunter and Mrs. Peterson no later than 22 March 2022, 4 PM CDT. Per the DOD SAFE website, DOD SAFE will be unavailable 22 March 2022, 0600 EST - 0800 EST. Please plan accordingly.

The RFP number must be in the subject line. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure and confirm submitted proposal packages are received by the Government within the allotted timeframe."

The RFP number must be in the subject line. Proposals must be Dropped-off and received by Mr. Hunter and Mrs. Peterson no later than 22 March 2022, 4 PM CDT. Per the DOD SAFE website, DOD SAFE will be unavailable 22 March 2022, 0600 EST - 0800 EST. Please plan accordingly.
