SCHEDULE OF CHANGES

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Extend the offer due date from 19 March 2022, 4 PM CST to 21 March 2022, 4 PM CDT.
2. Change Atch 5, Sec L, Inst to Offerors, Sec 2.4. Submission Process from the following:
"Proposal packages shall be submitted in electronic format via AMRDEC SAFE at https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/saf/e/guide.aspx to William K. Hunter and Shanda Peterson. The RFP proposal packages are received by the Government within the allotted timeframe."
To the following:
"Proposal packages shall be submitted in electronic format via DOD SAFE at https://safe.apps.mil/ to responsibility to ensure and confirm submitted proposal packages are received by the Government within the allotted timeframe."
3. Change Atch 5, Sec L, Inst to Offerors, Volume V, Contract Documentation, Sec 7.4. from the following:
"This contract has OCI mitigation requirements as specified in Section 7.26 of the PWS. Additionally, broad OCI situations must be avoided to meet FAR requirements. The offeror shall provide an OCI Mitigation Plan as part of the proposal within the Volume IV. This plan shall describe the steps and strategies the offeror will employ to prevent and avoid OCI situations in support of this contract.
Additionally, the plan should confirm to the Government that the offeror understand the OCI restrictions specified in Section 7.26 of the PWS and will not violate such OCI restrictions during the period of proposal evaluation or render the offeror ineligible for award."
To the following:
