ATTACHMENT 14

Deep-Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC)

14 April 2021

Technical Exchange Industry Day Conference

One-on-One Classified Meeting Request

The DARC Acquisition Team is accepting One-on-One classified meeting requests from prospective Prime

System Integrator contractors. These sessions will be conducted via secure telephone on 14 April 2021. A primary purpose of the One-on-One meetings is to discuss the Rapid Prototyping Requirements Document

(RPRD) and any questions or feedback Industry may have. DARC Program acquisition strategy information will be provided at a later Industry Day. As such, the DARC Acquisition Team requests the focus of these classified one-on-one sessions be based on technical matters and system requirements.

Each One-on-One meeting held will be scheduled for one hour. Because of the time constraints, please use the meeting time to identify your top concerns/suggestions and not use the time for capability briefs.

To schedule a One-on-One meeting during the Industry Day Conference, send the following meeting request information to SMC.SPG.DARC@us.af.mil. (The below information may be in email format; this form is not required as an attachment.) Meeting date and time will be scheduled based on a first come, first served basis.

There are six (6) total meeting time frames available on 14 April 2021. If we receive more than six (6) requests for

One-on-One discussions, additional sessions will be held on 15 April 2021. A member of the DARC Government team will contact you to confirm your meeting date and time.
