External Release | 2 Task Description Upgrade existing Remote Site Workstation environments implemented as Task 200 of OCS TE (new configuration based on proposed design in Remote Site Cots Network upgrade (RSCN)) Provide capability allowing each remote site environment to connect to OCS TE equipment strings (GA/MS) or PC Test Drivers transparently to the AEP software baseline Provide capability to use each remote environment individually from any of the BMOSC labs Provide capability to test software installation, operational functionality, T.O. validation and verification, and OLM maintenance functionality for each GPS remote site environment Provide console login capability for all four (4) workstations of each remote site environment to each of the BMOSC AEP labs (IMT, FTL, DEV1) Provide capability to switch the login consoles between any of the remote site workstations and environments.
Boeing GPS Scope of RSITES Add remote site hardware to each remote site environment based on proposed RSCN design Two (2) Sun V240’s Sun 7110 Console Server One UPS ( GA / MS ) Two (2) Cisco 3750X switches One additional Cisco 2811 router Upgrade Keyboard/Video/Mouse (KVM) to support additional displays Install Four (4) heads in each BMOSC AEP lab (IMT, FTL, DEV1) Install KVM switching capability for the displays in each of the AEP labs (IMT, FTL, DEV1) Install two (2) additional routers per remote site environment to support Network Address Translation (NAT) with equipment strings Install one (1) additional Cisco 3750X switch per equipment string Install one (1) RJ45 Patch Panel to support switching equipment strings between remote site environments Install rack mounted console access and rs232 access for management of RSITES

RSITES exposure Assumptions:
Power and Heat Study will not drive rack reconfigurations Space available in each BMOSC lab for 4 consoles Receiving DSS approval in a timely manner Risks:
Functionality required for switching capability is dependent on a RSCN based design in the equipment strings Equipment procurement process is invisible and slow. Delays to having required equipment onsite will push entire schedule out DSS approval may delay connectivity of RSITES to BMOSC infrastructure RF Digitizer approval for use of OCS TE equipment string
