Instruction/Development & Instructional Systems Design
(PWS 3.1)
Very Relevant To be considered very relevant, the offeror must show experience in all performance items listed below (A, B, C, and D) in a contract with an annual amount of >$3.5 million.
Relevant To be considered relevant, the offeror must show experience in three performance items; (A and B) and (C or D) with an annual amount of >$2 million.
Somewhat Relevant To be considered somewhat relevant, the offeror must show experience in at least B and C below in a contract with an annual amount <$2 million.
Not Relevant Does not meet the criteria of Very Relevant, Relevant or Somewhat Relevant.
A. Demonstrated history of developing cognitive and psycho-motor lesson material supporting a Cyber Weapon System IQT/ MQT or Cyber Mission Force Team(s) from a Mission Training Task List (MTTL) IAW Instructional Systems Development methodologies.
B. Demonstrated history of instruction presenting cognitive and psycho-motor lessons to students supporting a Cyber Weapon System IQT/ MQT or Cyber Mission Force Team(s).
C. Demonstrated experience with development, implementation, monitoring and management of cyber simulator technology; simulator reconstitution, remote administration, local instructor/trainer, exercise controller usage, and interface to external data collection capabilities.
D. Demonstrated experience with operations and implementations of Air Force Cyber Weapon Systems architecture.
