About this file

This document contains a federal solicitation for the Virtualized Intelligence Platform Engineering and Research (VIPER) program. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, Rome NY is seeking to award an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract to perform specialized software research, development, integration, deployment, testing, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle support activities to enable research, enhancement, and maintenance of Multi-Level Access data, information, processes, and systems. Anticipated deliverables include software, hardware, technical documentation and reports. The total ordering period is 60 months with a maximum value of approximately $93.6 million. Offerors must be able to provide approximately 20% of proposed personnel with TS/SCI clearances at time of award and 40% within 90 days of award. Evaluation of capabilities received in response to a prior Request for Information determined a small business set-aside was not possible. A draft RFP is expected in the second quarter of 2018 with the final RFP to be posted on FedBizOpps.
