About this file

This draft request for proposal concerns a competitive acquisition for continued development of the Weapons Planning Software suite. The Department of Defense Air Force seeks feedback on sections of the draft RFP related to labor categories, contract types including time and materials approval and rates, compliance documents, and other areas to improve the solicitation. Interested vendors must complete an export control information request form and submit it by June 15, 2018 to receive controlled documents necessary for bidding. Only U.S. persons can participate due to distribution controls. The Air Force Material Command Life Cycle Management Center plans to award a contract for software maintenance and enhancement of the Joint Mission Planning System architecture to support weapon planning.
