Evaluation criteria will be determined at the order level.

Does LPTA apply to cost plus task orders alone, or will it apply to Firm Fixed Price task orders as well

Evaluation criteria will be determined at the order level.

Would the Government consider evaluating Firm Fixed task orders on a Best Value Basis

Evaluation criteria will be determined at the order level.

REFERENCE: RFP 1.5, 52.216-19 (pg 48), 52.232-1 (pg 63); Attachment 2 Sections L-4.1.1(a), L-7.0; Attachment 3, Section M-1.2, M-4.1(a), M-6.0;

Attachment 5 all indicate the Post-award Conference is to be priced at $1,000. Please verify the Government intends for the Virtual Post- Award Conference to be priced at $1,000.00 and not $250.00.

The offeror should propose $1,000.00 for the first order.

The Government will provide instructions for the post award conference after award.

REFERENCE: Attachment 3, Section M-5.0(b). Please clarify DFARS 252.219-704 is intended to be DFARS 252.219-7004

DFARS 252.219-7004 is correct.

REFERENCE: Attachment 3, Section M-3.0 (2nd Para). Please clarify the what the following sentence is intended to request: "Each experience example shall relate to an entity (e.g. prime, subcontractor, etc.) that the contractor proposes to perform the particular type of effort under this contract." Does this mean the experience example must be work performed as either a prime or a subcontractor?

Examples provided should include work performed by the offeror, which is submitting the proposal, as either a prime or subcontractor. The Government seeks assurance that the offeror is proficient in the requisite knowledge to compete for orders under EWAAC.

In Table L -1.3 of attachment 2, Volume III indicates that we must provide a capability statement IAW L-4.1.1.b. That section is in reference to a compliance statement for DFARS Clause 252.242-7006.

Should we just provide a compliance statement?

The Government seeks documentation which will verify an offeror's system complies with DFARS 252.242-7006.

Will an offeror that submits a price less than $1,000 be deemed unawardable?

Offerors who submit prices for greater or less than exactly $1,000.00 will not receive an award.

Will the Government allow multiple awards to a single contractor for this RFP, i.e. different divisions/CAGE codes within the same company.

The Government seeks to receive fully compliant and unique proposals from CAGE/subsidiary/divisions which can demonstrate unique capabilities. Proposals should adhere to requirements of Section L that is not an exact copy of other offeror's proposals. In accordance with Section L, contractors will be limited to no more than five (5) total unique subsidiary Cage Codes/ Business Units.

11 Electronic signature VS wet signature of proposal. Either signature is acceptable to the Government.
