About this file
This document is Amendment 05 to a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Air Force Research Laboratory's Kaiju project, numbered FA8650-22-S-1004. The amendment focuses on updating the Science and Technology (S&T) Protection language and adding several key attachments, including a Security Risk Review, Security Program Questionnaire, Senior and Key Person Profile Worksheet, and Privacy Act-related forms. The BAA is specifically targeted at research and technology in physical, engineering, and life sciences, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees, under the NAICS Code 541715. The government reserves the right to request additional information or mitigation plans from offerors and can reject proposals that do not adequately demonstrate S&T protection approaches, potentially withdrawing them from award consideration.
