About this file

This amendment to a Broad Agency Announcement provides updated contact information and additional requirements. The Air Force Research Laboratory is soliciting innovative research concepts through an open BAA to develop, test, and validate personalized training approaches for airmen. Areas of focus include measuring airman expertise and performance, rapidly developing cognitive models, and validating new synthetic agents and teammates. Proposals are still being accepted against the original BAA posted in December 2019. Additionally, contractors must comply with DFARS clauses regarding NIST SP 800-171 DoD assessment requirements and represent certain telecommunications and video surveillance services or equipment.
