About this file
This document amends submission instructions for a Broad Agency Announcement soliciting research concepts in developing, testing, and validating training approaches to personalized learning, modeling and assessment for airmen. White papers must now be submitted electronically to two Contracting Points of Contact at specified email addresses, and as a precaution, also to a physical address. The related federal contract opportunity is an open Broad Agency Announcement from the Air Force Research Laboratory seeking innovative research concepts in science and technology development, experimentation and demonstration to improve and personalize individual, team and group instructional training methods for airmen. The approaches relate to competency definition, training and rehearsal strategies, and models and environments that support learning proficiency achievement and sustainment in non-practice or novel contexts, focusing on personalized learning, readiness and cognitive modeling.
