The contract will have a $950 million ceiling over a five-year base period and a five-year option period, for potential duration of ten years total. This is a 100% small business set-aside for NAICS code 339999, with a size standard of 500 employees. The Non-Manufacturer Rule will apply to orders. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on 31 October 2019 and should be submitted using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix. Awards will be made to offerors with acceptable technical proposals and low/moderate risk ratings. Price proposals are not required. The Air Force intends to fulfill the minimum ordering requirement with an initial $2,000 task order for post-award conference attendance against CLIN 0008 for each awardee.

Use/relationship: This Data Item Description (DID) provides information on contractual maintenance programs applicable to military equipment.
a. This DID contains the format and content preparation instructions for the data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
b. This DID supersedes DI-MGMT-80933.
Requirements:
1. Reference documents. None.
2. Format. The Repair/Modification/Overhaul Status Report shall be in a contractor selected format.
3. Content. The Repair/Modification/Overhaul Status Report content shall be as follows:
a. Contract Number.
b. National Stock Number for each item prior to work.
c. Program quantity for each National Stock Number item.
d. Quantity completed to date on each National Stock Number item.
e. Work in process quantity on each National Stock Number item.
f. Unserviceable on hand quantity to date on each National Stock Number item.
g. Identification and explanation of delays, accelerations, and problems.
h. Consumption data.
i. Charges billed to date.
