SUBJECT: FA8620-20-C-2001: MQ-9 UAS Aircrew and Support Services Request for Proposal (RFP)

1. The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/WIIK, hereby requests a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-

Reimbursable (CR) Proposal in accordance with the Peformance Work Statement (PWS) entitled, “MQ-9 UAS Aircrew and Support Services,” dated 6 June 2019 (Attachment 1) and the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), dated 5 April 2019 (Exhibit A on the Model Contract, Attachment 5).

2. AFLCMC/WIIK requests the proposal to be submitted no later than 1800 EST 5 August 2019 and that all past performance information be submitted no later than 1800 EST 22 July 2019. If you are unable to meet the past performance submittal date, please provide notification as soon as possible.

Provide the original written proposal and a copy on CD, for a total of 2 copies. Copies shall be provided to our program office support functions on request. In the case of an inconsistency between the proposals, the digital copy shall supersede the written copy.

3. The Government is including options in this requirement. The Contracting Officer (CO) shall provide written notice of intent to exercise any option to the Contractor on or before 30 days prior to the option(s) exercise date, unless this notice is waived by the Contractor. The Government intends to exercise options by:

4. The anticipated period of performance for this contract, including options, will be 2 March 2020 to 28

5. The CO has determined the PSC for this effort is H915, Other Quality Control, Testing, and Inspection - Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components.

6. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
