The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), KC-46 Division (WLC), will be hosting virtual one-on-one industry meetings as requested by interested Contractors. The purpose of the virtual one-on-one meetings is to receive industry inputs on the draft RFP documents. These industry meetings are in conjunction with “KC-46 Commodities Depot Activation Stand-up” Draft RFP #FA8609-22-R-XXXX.
Interested parties (potential prime contractors only) must submit the following when indicating their interest in a virtual one-on-one industry meeting: name, employer, phone number, email, and any questions related to the acquisition. Submit this information to Ms. Kathryn Skaleski at kathryn.skaleski@us.af.mil and Mr. Daniel Nourse at daniel.nourse@us.af.mil no later than 5:00PM EST, 1 October 2021. All sessions will be scheduled in EST. Exceptions will not be made for late meeting requests. Contractors will be sent a meeting invite through their provided email; the Government will respond to meeting requests during the week of 4 October 2021. The one-on-one meetings will be held at the unclassified level.

This virtual Industry One-on-One Meeting Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This virtual Industry One-on-One Meeting Notice does not commit the USAF to contract for any supply or service, whatsoever. Furthermore, the USAF is not, at this time, seeking proposals. Respondees are advised that the USAF will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this virtual Industry One-on-One Meeting Notice. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any attendee for travel expenses or marketing efforts. All costs associated with responding to this virtual Industry One-on-One Meeting Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
