Ebbing Field Q&A Set 2

1. Workplace Elevation. It appears that all work is on the ground floor of the four buildings. For example, that no 2nd floor or mezzanine work is involved. Please confirm or advise otherwise.

All ground floor work.

CLIN 0012. Collapsible Storage Containers are specified at 48”L x 40”W x 36”H on AEB306_01_REV1_.pdf. This size profile does not appear to be commercially available. Our research indicates the following options are available (all dimensions +/- 1”)

a. 48”L x 40”W x 34”H Acceptable

b. 48”L x 40”W x 40”H not acceptable

Questions:

2. i. Are either of these dimensional profiles acceptable?

Yes, 34” H is acceptable

3. ii. If so, which is preferred?

a) 34”H X

b) 40”H not acceptable

4. Regarding AEB306_01_REV1_.pdf

• Please see the screenshot directly above for this drawing.

• It appears that the black-lined objects are existing.

• However, due to the references to “modular cabinets” and “pallet rack”, we would like to be clear.

Question: Please confirm that the black-lined objects in this screenshot

1. Are existing, or advise otherwise.

Black lined are existing and not included

5. Regarding AEB306_03_REV2_.pdf

Please see the screenshot directly above - captioned drawing

Question: Please advise if the equipment boxed in red is included in the scope of work for this project:

• “Modular Cabinets”

• “Pallet Rack”

They are included.

6. Regarding AEB306_02.pdf

Please see the screenshot directly above this question (from the above captioned drawing). Some OEMs are telling us that a 1.75’ (21”) deep pallet rack is non-standard:

Question: Is 1.5’ or 2.0’ deep pallet rack acceptable for this application?

1.5’ Is acceptable.
