About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the procurement of one commercial-grade golf/multi-sport simulator system for the 88th Force Support Squadron at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The system must be delivered and installed at the Community Center located at 4771 Lahm Cir. Bldg. 800, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433, with all work completed within 45 days of contract award.
The simulator must meet specific technical requirements including a minimum 4K UHD short-throw projector with 3500 lumens brightness, multi-camera dual tracking technology capturing real-time ball speed and swing metrics, a commercial-grade workstation PC with minimum 16GB RAM and discrete GPU, and a 21-inch commercial-grade touchscreen monitor. The enclosure shall feature commercial-grade steel framing with a minimum 16'6" x 10' impact screen capable of absorbing projectile impacts up to 180 mph, professional-grade modular hitting surface with replaceable strike zone insert, and one-inch thick premium impact-absorbing artificial turf. The system must operate on standard 110V-120V AC power with peak draw not exceeding 1500 watts and include UL-listed electrical components with commercial surge protection or UPS. Software requirements include a continuously accessible library of at least 50 officially licensed global golf courses with support for stroke play, match play, scramble, and alternate shot formats, plus interactive modules for eight additional sports (football, soccer, hockey, zombie dodgeball, baseball, basketball, bowling, and carnival games). The contractor must provide three years of comprehensive software licensing covering base software, content expansions, bug fixes, and system updates. Delivery and installation services must be performed by manufacturer-certified personnel in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications to preserve original equipment warranties. The contractor shall provide one on-site training session for three designated personnel covering daily operations and basic troubleshooting, along with one digital and two hard-copy user guides. A minimum one-year comprehensive parts and labor warranty is required beginning upon system completion.
