Bldg. 800, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) within 30 days of contract award. The system shall include commercial-grade impact-resistant steel enclosure with acoustic sound-dampening panels, a high-contrast impact screen capable of absorbing impacts up to 180 mph with maximum dimensions of 16'6" x 10', and a minimum footprint of 9'H x 12'W x 18'D that must fit within the facility's 23'W x 31'D x 11'H room. Electrical requirements include operation on standard 110V-120V AC with 15-20 amp dedicated circuit and peak power draw not exceeding 1,500 watts, with all components UL-Listed and including commercial surge protection or UPS for computing hardware. The imaging and tracking system must include a minimum 4K UHD short-throw projector with 3,500 lumens brightness, multi-camera dual tracking technology capturing ball speed, launch angle, ball spin, club head speed, club face angle, and club path, and minimum one high-speed line scan camera for swing analysis. Computing hardware shall be commercial-grade workstation PC with current-generation multi-core processor, minimum 16GB RAM, and discrete GPU, with at least one 21-inch commercial-grade touchscreen monitor in a durable control cabinet and integrated high-fidelity audio system. The hitting surface must include professional-grade multi-piece modular hitting mat with replaceable strike zone insert and one-inch minimum thick premium impact-absorbing artificial turf covering the entire footprint.

Software must provide continuously accessible library of no fewer than 50 officially licensed global golf courses supporting stroke play, match play, scramble, and alternate shot formats, plus training and contest modes including driving range, target practice, short game, and skills contests. The system must include interactive modules for minimum eight sports: football (quarterback/kicking), soccer, hockey (goalie/target), zombie dodgeball, baseball (pitching/hitting), basketball, bowling, and carnival games. Software must be capable of offline operation or explicitly state local network/firewall requirements. The contractor shall provide comprehensive licensing covering base software, content expansions, bug fixes, and system updates for minimum three years from installation completion. Services include manufacturer-certified installation personnel, one on-site training session for three designated personnel covering daily operations and basic troubleshooting, one digital PDF and two hard copies of system-specific user guides, and minimum one-year comprehensive parts and labor warranty beginning once the system is in complete working order. The contractor must provide specific electrical requirements to the facility manager prior to installation and conduct all activities in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications to preserve original equipment manufacturer warranties.
