About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a duct cleaning project, likely issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Command (AFLCM). The Q&A addresses eight key clarification points about the cleaning requirements, including: confirmation that this is a one-time cleaning at a single location, no mechanical drawings are available, no exact square footage is known, prevailing wage rates will apply (with a U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination to be attached to the SAM.GOV solicitation), and specific constraints on the cleaning process. Critically, the document specifies that walls and ceilings must not be cut, no air testing is required, no repairs or replacements are part of the scope, and furniture/equipment cannot be removed or disassembled during the cleaning process.
