About this file

This document is a Vendor Questions and Government Answers file for Solicitation FA860125Q0075, related to a Compressor Replacement and Desiccant Wall Mounted Air Dryer project at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The file contains five specific vendor questions and corresponding government responses, addressing logistics details such as accessibility, equipment movement, and site layout. Key answers include confirmation that a site visit is available, a forklift driver will be provided for unloading, and photographs are attached to illustrate spatial relationships between equipment and existing infrastructure. The distances between critical components are minimal, with disconnects less than 2 feet from the compressor location and existing copper air lines less than 12 feet away.

The associated solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 333912, seeking two compressors and one desiccant wall mounted air dryer with installation. The procurement is a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 90-day delivery requirement, quotes are due by 23 April 2025 at 10:00 AM EST, and vendors must submit electronically to specific Air Force contract specialists. Quotes must include aggregate pricing for base and option year Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), be submitted in whole dollars, and vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered responsive.
