About this file

This document is a test report for airflow velocity and smoke pattern tests conducted on a biosafety cabinet. The report includes detailed measurements and assessments of the downflow velocity, exhaust volume, airflow profile, and smoke retention tests. The cabinet was evaluated against the requirements of NSF Standard 49 and the manufacturer's specifications.

The document also references a related federal contract opportunity for Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Clean Room Testing (Solicitation FA8601-24-Q-0111) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The contract is for providing testing services to ensure the 88th Medical Group's pharmacy clean rooms comply with USP 797 and USP 800 standards. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price. Proposals are due by June 6, 2024.
