8 April 2016 Questions and Answers Acq Demo
1. Can we be provided with the briefing materials or demo packages for this platform?
A. Contractor is to develop briefing materials based on knowledge of AcqDemo, information available on the DoD AcqDemo site at http://acqdemo.hci.mil/, and the AFMC -unique business rules already provided.
2. What is the expected start date for training at all 12 locations specified in attachment 6?
Contractor will develop the schedule based on available resources--expected start date for the first seminar is 2 May 16.
3. What is the expected completion date for training at all 12 locations attachment 6?
Expected completion date is 1 Jul 16.
4. How many students are expected to be trained at each 8 hour seminar of the 65 on-site trainings described on attachment 6?
Target attendance for each seminar is 200 people.
5. Will the Train the Trainer sessions need to be delivered in one 8-hour session at each location? Standard Train the Trainer sessions are two 8-hour sessions at minimum with interactive application each day.
Length of the train-the-trainer sessions should be approximately 8 hours as the individuals selected to be trainers will have a vast amount of information available and reachback capability to Subject Matter Experts within their respective Centers.
6. 2.5 The contractor shall provide course critiques to each student for all seminars delivered on-site and shall provide an electronic summary of the critique scores and comments in accordance with DD Form, Exhibit B (Attachment 8, CDRL A002, Contractor's Training Progress & Status Report).
Will the above “course Critiques” be suitable with a written format that is then transmitted to an electronic report of each student?
Written course critiques may be provided to students; contractor will provide an average of scores and summary of comments in electronic form to be used as a basis for making future improvements to course material.
