AFMC-Unique AcqDemo Business Rules

For

Pay Pool Overview, Contribution Planning and Self-Assessment Writing

AFMC will use Contribution Plans: Contribution Plans will be written in “Contribution, Results, Impact” format. Typically, employees will have 3 to 6 contribution objectives.

(Contribution plan examples will be provided.)

Use of AFMC Supplemental Supervisory Contribution Objective: The AFMC Supplemental

Supervisory Contribution Objective will be incorporated into contribution plans for supervisors in AcqDemo.

Employee Self-assessments are highly encouraged: Self-assessment format consists of written bullets following the “CRI” model; typically 2-3 sentences per bullet. Supervisors are responsible for evaluating employees’ contributions for the six factors.

Policy Board vs. Policy Panel: AFMC CWMEC is the AcqDemo Personnel Policy Board responsible for overall policy issues. AFMC Centers will establish AcqDemo Personnel Policy

Panels responsible for execution and may incorporate this responsibility into existing forums to serve this purpose.
