Final Questions and Answers

FA8601-14-R-A005

14 March 2014

1. We note that page 1 of 24, CLINs, there is space for only one figure. We presume the government is looking for a price that includes product, design services (if any), project management services (if any), delivery and installation services. Are responding vendors permitted to express their quotes using individual line items for each component part of the entire quote?

Please quote one inclusive price.

2. Does the government intend for the labor rates involved with this solicitation to be prevailing wage?

This is a supply buy with installation as part of the buy. There is no wage determination associated with this purchase as it a supply, not a service. All work performed on base should be at the prevailing wage; and should have been built into the installation aspect of your bid.
