O’Rourke Wrecking Company respectfully submits the following question in reference to Demolition of Building 30089:
* At the pre-bid meeting, it was mentioned that contaminated soil removal work, if required, would potentially be handled on a unit price basis. However, the bid form provided only includes a “lump sum item” for all work. Please advise.

Response: The soil removal work per the bid documents can be submitted in a lump sum item cost.
