ATSA INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
(Automatic Test System Acquisition – I)
AFLCMC/WNKAB
The Automatic Test Systems (ATS) Program Office under the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/Agile Combat Support (ACS) Directorate is pleased to announce the ATSA-1 team is hosting an in-person Industry Day on 21-22 August 2023;
8:30-3:00 at the Museum of Aviation, Warner Robins, Georgia. The ATSA-I Industry Day event is intended to be an open form to meet the industry companies and their representatives to obtain ideas, recommendations, and identify potential companies that may possess the capabilities and experience to respond to the Government’s requirements in the new enterprise Multiple Award Contract (MAC) known as the ATSA- I. The ATSA-I contract is planned to be the mandatory source contract for the AFLCMC/WN-ATS Program Office with de-centralized capability use by the AFLCMC/ACS-WN program offices located at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, Georgia, to obtain complete Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) life-cycle support, acquisition, and sustainment of services and products. All information gathered from this Industry Day will further aid the in the development of acquisition requirement documents and ensure industry is fully and involved in the future ATSA-I contract vehicle.
The Government requests for all the companies interested in attending the in-person Industry Day, submit an email to all ATSA-I team members listed below with the number of attendees.

One-on-One Sessions: The Government will conduct one-on-one sessions with those companies who submit a request via email to above ATSA team members with the number of attendees.
Industry Day Agenda: The ATSA-I Industry Day agenda is the final stages of development and is expected to be posted NLT 21 JUL 2023.
Recommendations/Questions: The ATSA-I team requests recommendations, ideas, comments and/or questions be submitted for the Government to address during ATSA-I Industry Day be submitted to the above ATSA-I team member no later than 7 AUG 2023.
The ATSA-I team will not disclose the identity of the submitting company when any submissions are discussed or posted on SAM.gov after this Industry Day or event. The ATSA-I team values industries time and appreciates all the feedback, ideas, recommendations, comments, and questions submitted for the Government.
DRAFT ATSA-I Statement of Objective (SOO): is forthcoming from the Government for industry review, comment, and recommendations. All ATSA-I SOO review comments, recommendations and/or questions, are extremely valuable to the ATSA-I team in the further development of the ATSA-I SOO. The DRAFT ATSA-I SOO will be part of the ATSA-I Industry Day presentations for collective review and discission. The Government requests all DRAFT SOO comments, recommendations and/or questions be submitted to all ATSA-I team members, as shown below.
