Continuation Sheet

Revision 1 17 December 2013

AFLCMC/WNZ

Robins AFB GA

The following part of CID A-A-59145B is revised as indicated below:

1. Was:

3.17.3 Anti-contact. When specified, (see 7.2) an operator aid system consisting of two

(2) side mounted physical antenna sensors that deploy when the boom is raised from the boom rest and a nozzle mounted antenna sensor. If any one of the three (3) antenna sensors contact an object causing the antenna’s to deflect then all boom and cab movement functions are immediately stopped. The operator must use the manual override system to move away from the object that is contacting the antenna system.

Change to:

3.17.3 Anti-contact. When specified, (see 7.2) an operator aid system consisting of two

(2) side mounted physical antenna sensors that deploy when the boom is raised from the boom rest and a nozzle mounted antenna sensor. If any one of the three (3) antenna sensors contact an object causing the antennas to deflect then all boom and cab movement functions are immediately stopped. The operator must use the manual override system to move away from the object that is contacting the antenna system.

A comparable anti-contact system is acceptable in lieu of the antenna system, provided the system immediately stops all boom and cab movement functions prior to contact with an object, just as the antenna system would.
