About this file

This file contains Section L Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for the New Generation Ammunition & Munitions Equipment (NGAME) for Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) pre-solicitation, issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base under solicitation number FA8532-25-I-NGAME.

The government is conducting market research to identify sources capable of designing, developing, manufacturing, and sustaining innovative munitions material handling equipment, including Ammunition Loading Systems, Small Munitions Trailers, Large Munitions Trailers, Jammers family of systems, and other Munitions Handling Units (MHUs). This is a Sources Sought Notice (pre-solicitation) issued under FAR 52.215-3, meaning responses are treated as information only and do not constitute formal proposals. Participation in this market research survey does not guarantee participation in future solicitations or contract awards, and the government will not reimburse response costs. The original response deadline of October 28, 2025 was extended to November 11, 2025 due to government shutdown impacts. A virtual Industry Day is scheduled for March 18-19, 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Interested vendors must register by March 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST by emailing arenina.sullivan-jones@us.af.mil and tanner.reed.2@us.af.mil with up to four participants per company, with optional breakout sessions also limited to four attendees. The security clearance level and foreign participation eligibility remain to be determined.
