About this file
This file is an Ordering Guide Instructions document for the New Generation Ammunition & Munitions Equipment (NGAME) for Munitions Material Handling Equipment (MMHE) pre-solicitation. The document provides guidance to potential contractors on how to participate in the government's market research effort to identify sources with expertise in designing, developing, manufacturing, and sustaining innovative munitions material handling equipment. The equipment categories of interest include Ammunition Loading Systems, Small Munitions Trailers, Large Munitions Trailers, a "Family" of Jammers, and other Munitions Handling Units (MHUs). The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base is conducting this market research to leverage modernization efforts, improve or replace aging assets, and maintain a robust industrial vendor base.
Interested contractors are instructed to respond to a Contractor Capability Survey to demonstrate their company's capabilities and provide industry feedback. The response due date has been extended to November 11, 2026, and a virtual Industry Day is scheduled for March 18-19, 2026. Vendors interested in attending the Industry Day must request participation by March 11, 2026, with a maximum of four participants per company and optional 15-minute breakout sessions available. Participation in this market research does not guarantee participation in future solicitations or contract awards, and the government will not reimburse participants for any expenses. Security clearance requirements and foreign participation eligibility remain to be determined.
