Ref Item 10a & 11h: The contractor is governed by NSACSS Policy Manuel 3‐16, dated 23 Jan 2015, in the control and protection of COMSEC Material/Information. Access to COMSEC material by personnel is restricted to U.S. citizens holding final U.S. Government clearances. Such information is not releasable to personnel holding only reciprocal clearances.

Ref Item 10e(2): Contractor will require access to and comply with AFI 14‐303 and AFMC Supplement 1.

Release of intelligence information does not create an unfair competitive advantage for the contractor nor a conflict of interest with the contractor’s obligation to protect the information.

Ref Item 10h: Access to Foreign Government Information requires a final U.S. government clearance at the appropriate level.

Ref Item 10j: FOUO information provided under the contract shall be safeguarded as specified in DoD 5200.1‐R, Information Security Program, Appendix 3, Controlled Unclassified Information.

Ref Item 10k: Program Protection Plan (PPP) will be provided by the Government activity.

Ref Item 11c: The contractor may have access to classified data up to and including SECRET in support of this contract. Any classified information generated in the performance of this contract shall require the contractor to apply derivative classification and markings consistent with the source material or be governed by: AN/AAQ‐28 Laser Infrared Targeting and Navigating (LITENING), AN/AAQ‐33 SNIPER Advanced Targeting Pod – Sensor Enhancement (ATP‐SE) Security Classification/Declassification Guide (SCDG) dated 1 July 2010.

Ref Item 11d: Contractor must provide adequate storage for classified hardware to the level of Secret which exceeds two cubic feet but not more than one hundred cubic feet.

Ref Item 11f: Partial performance will occur in France, Israel, Scotland and the Netherlands. DSS is relieved of all security oversight for performance on the installation and overseas. Security oversight will be under cognizance of HQ USAFE/IP for non‐SAR performance in France, Israel, Scotland and the Netherlands.

Ref Item 17d: Overseas contractor performance will be in intermittent visitor status and will be required in support of platform requirements and will occur as mission tasks dictate.
