About this file

This is a Solicitation, Offer and Award (Standard Form 33) for a five-year requirements contract for Radio Frequency Switches, issued by the Electronic Warfare, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZABB) located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contract (Solicitation No. FA8522-25-R-0010) is a negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) with a base year and four subsequent 12-month ordering periods, covering the procurement of Radio Frequency Switches (NSN: 5985-01-512-9801 EW).

Key requirements include compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards, Buy American Act regulations, higher-level contract quality requirements, and specific documentation submissions such as test procedures, item unique identification marking plans, and counterfeit prevention plans. The solicitation was issued on 29-AUG-2025, with offers to be submitted by that date, and contemplates award of a contract for electronic warfare equipment.
