Question:
The DD254 has Block 1B marked Top Secret. It's our assumption that all Classified work will be completed at a USG on-site facility. If this is an accurate assumption, then request 1b needs to be unchecked. Conversely, if any Classified work is to be done at a contractor location, sub or prime, then safeguarding needs to be checked and the address listed in block 8 of the DD254. Block 11a would then be unchecked and 11b or 11c would be checked. Can you clarify the DD254 requirements?
Answer:
If all work will be on base then 1 b will be None and 11a is checked.
Adjust 1b and 11a/b/c as appropriate based on the PWS.
