Questions and Answers Vol. II

13. PWS Paragraph 4.2.2 requires asset repair at the Contractor’s facility. According to the Government response to question number 8, the Government-owned STE and Test Procedures will not be available at the Contractor’s facility for SRU repair. Will the Contractor be allowed to use the STE and Test Procedures at the government repair facility?

Government Response: The AN/USM-305(V)5 and Target Generator Tester (p/ n 574683-1) will not be provided for the contractor. TOs can be provided for test procedures.

14. Pursuant to WR-ALC response to Questions/Clarification No. 6, the travel costs supporting CLINs 0001/0002, 0003/0004, 0005/0006 will be different due to the tasks associated with each of the CLINs. In light of this, will subCLINs be considered for CLINs 0007AA, 0007AB, and 0007AC?

Government Response: No, the subCLINS will not be subdivided further. Solicitation Amendment 0002 restates travel CLINs to be one cost reimbursable CLIN per year.
