Q1. Can the Government please clarify what is required re Para 9.17 Antenna Co-site Analysis Paragraph 9.17 of the SOW requests “co-site analysis of all antennas (new, relocated and existing antenna).”
Does this refer to ALL antennas on the aircraft (top and bottom), or only all antennas described in Appendix F (on the BOTTOM of the aircraft). The tank installation will only disrupt/relocate some of the belly antennas, and the Government has provided only data on certain belly (bottom surface) antennas in Appendix F.
If the Government intends for the Co-site analysis to cover all antennas on the aircraft (beyond what is listed in Appendix F), including those not affected by the RDS installation but located on the aircraft, then additional data on the remaining units would be relevant for the co-site analysis.
A1. As stated in the RDS SOW Para 9.17, “The contractor shall perform and deliver a co-site analysis of all antennas (new, relocated and existing antenna).” Also, as stated in the SOW 9.17 “(Use Appendix F as a guide for antenna locations)”, is provided as situational awareness of the current location of the belly antennas. Any additional information would be provided at the
IDR/PDR/CDR.
