About this file

This memorandum documents compliance with regulations regarding ozone-depleting substances for a C-130J Center Wing Replacement Program contract opportunity. The program does not require the use of Class I ozone-depleting substances as defined by EPA regulations in the manufacture, test, operation, or maintenance of systems. A related pre-solicitation posting seeks a firm-fixed price contract for supply of new fabricated components, wire harnesses, and parts to install C-130J Center Wing Replacement Kits on aircraft. As the government does not own the data rights, the sole source award will be made to Lockheed Martin Corporation for four base kits plus options, with a total of ten kits. Delivery of replacement wing components and spare parts is required from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center located at Robins Air Force Base.
