About this file
This document is an attachment detailing custom signage requirements for a Department of the Air Force Materiel Command project. The scope includes multiple signage types: 4 backlit logos (44"W x 48"H), 1 cafe printed vinyl window, 3 outdoor metal building signs, 1 wooden logo for a museum, 14 additional wooden logos, and 14 large etch vinyl logos in various sizes ranging from 16x16 to 24x24 inches. Installation is limited to Monday-Friday from 0700-1730, with a 60-day performance period, and requires specific mounting on surfaces including drywall, brick, and glass.
Key technical specifications include using acrylic and metal materials, incorporating 950 SWG and unit-specific emblems (6 for 950 SWG, 3 each for 17 EWS, 87 EWS, and 501ST EWS). The project requires government-furnished high-resolution vector artwork, mockup approvals, and individual sign-offs by government representatives. Compliance requirements include adherence to the Service Contract Act, with no incumbent contractor identified. Potential vendors must be prepared to handle graphic design, production, and installation while meeting military branding and quality standards.
