About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Air Force at Robins AFB, Georgia, seeking information from contractors about procuring hot food vending machines. The 78th Force Support Squadron requires three hot food vending machines, with the small business set-aside status to be determined based on RFI responses. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) structure, and interested contractors are asked to submit a Letter of Interest detailing their capability to meet the requirements by 11 July 2025 at 12:00 EST.

Contractors must provide responses via email to specific Air Force points of contact, with documentation limited to three pages in PDF or Microsoft Word format. The RFI requests information about the company's experience with similar work, ability to comply with specific federal acquisition regulations (including cybersecurity and information protection clauses), and potential financing needs. Responses will help the Air Force develop its acquisition strategy, and while this RFI does not constitute a formal solicitation, it is a preliminary step in establishing a contract for autonomous hot food vending machines to be deployed at Robins Air Force Base.
