About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) for U.S. Air Force contract FA8250-26-R-0004-0001, issued by the Department of the Air Force Directorate of Contracting at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The amendment's sole purpose is to add Clause 52.222-90 regarding Discrimination by Federal Contractors.
The underlying contract requires teardown, testing, evaluation, and repair services for three types of oscillating groups with National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 5955-01-097-3064 FD, 5955-01-097-6222 FD, and 5955-01-097-6223 FD. The contract consists of six pricing Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 and 0003 and 0005 are firm fixed-price teardown and evaluation work for 12 units each with 30-day delivery timelines, while CLINs 0002, 0004, and 0006 contain not-to-exceed repair pricing with 30-day delivery after carcass receipt. Three additional not-separately-priced data CLINs (0007, 0008, 0009, 0010) require Commercial Asset Visibility reporting, Repairable Item Inspection Reports, Counterfeit Prevention Plans, and Engineering Change Proposals per DD Form 1423-1. Award is limited to qualified sources listed on Air Force Contract Screening Analysis Worksheet Form 762, utilizing a lowest-priced procurement approach. The contract includes standard FAR security clauses, safeguarding requirements for contractor information systems, and detailed shipping and delivery instructions to multiple Hill Air Force Base receiving locations.
