3.2 How realistic is an extended period of Weekend Work? The work schedule will be as outlined in SOW paragraph

Can we use a PVC/Vinyl coated galvanized panels versus the white pre-coated metal in the spec? The alternative coating resists scratching and damage better than the white pre-coat?
PVC/Vinyl coated galvanized panels are acceptable. See change to SOW paragraph 5.3.
Is there a color requirement for the exterior structures of the booth?
Paint booth structure shall be white. See added SOW paragraph 3.32
Can we supply the conversions? Or is that limited to conversion using GFS parts?
The OEM shall preform the work as outlined in SOW paragraph 6.2. The Contractor may perform the remainder of the conversion work. Heater conversion parts are commercially available. The Government will not mandate that GFS parts are used. Part manufacturers shall be determined during the design by the Designer/OEM with input from the Contractor and the Government.
5.5.5.2 Indicates a Storage Mode temperature set point of 70°F.
Is this a minimum temperature or is cooling required for summer conditions as well.
This is a minimum temperature. No cooling is required.
See change to SOW paragraph 5.5.5.2.
5.21.1 Is vibration monitoring of the exhaust fans also required? Or similar to 6.11.1, 2 per AMU
Vibration monitoring equipment is only required on supply fans.
5.21 & 6.11
Per the specified manufacturer of the vibration monitoring equipment, the specified model is obsolete.
Will an equivalent model from the specified manufacturer be acceptable?
Yes, existing vibration analysis computer is obsolete.
New accelerometers shall be compatible to new Azima/DLI TRIO CX10 data collector or Government approved equal to be provided as part of this project.
See changes to SOW paragraphs 5.21 and 6.11.

02/ 5.17.3
UFC design required a "No Loss" type exhaust stack.
Section 5.17.3 references an automatic roof ventilator with dampers which is consistent with the existing booth equipment. Please confirm which is required.
Exhaust stacks shall be "No Loss" type. See change to SOW paragraph 5.17.3.

Is sub-metering of utilities required for each individual paint booth?
No. Individual paint booths will not have utility meters.

7.7.6- Similar to item 4 above, also referring to a "No Loss" exhaust stack design. Please clarify.

NAICS Code doesn't reflect the codes of the companies submitting proposals. Will this cause rejection of proposal?
The NAICS code is used to determine a company size standard. The NAICS for this acquisition is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. If the company's size standard is less than 1,000 employees, your company is considered a small business. If your company's size standard is more than a 1,000 employees, then your company is considered a large business. This solicitation is a full and open competition.
This will not cause rejection of proposal as long as the requirements are met in accordance with the RFP and Sections L and M.
